Louise is a social entrepreneur. She believes the worlds' huge intractable problems can be solved through cross-sector collaboration and a solid understanding of complex social change.
Her approach to change is shaped by 20 years of working as an organisational change practitioner.She holds a doctorate in Complex Social Change and has founded a few entrepreneurial organisations.
Kym Jackson - Sales Consultant
Kym has spent 20 years working within the print & communications industry, with extensive experience in digital print (within the direct marketing arena), print-personalisation, database management, litho-print, specialised packaging, document archival & retrieval – all predominately in customer-facing roles.
She has extensive experience in sales, which has also necessitated additional roles in trafficking work, quality control, customer services and CRM maintenance.
She has managed sales and administration teams, established 2 laser printing departments whilst also fulfilling the roles of sales, recruitment, training and establishing processes and procedures (including ISO).
Kym has a strong belief in providing the highest possible level of quality service, utilising consistency, authenticity and collaboration to build and maintain strong relationships with her clients. She has a passion for the work done by Symphonia Leadership Development - that is committed to leadership development.
Kym loves nothing more than spending time on the road on her Harley Davidson, in the company of good friends. She is also the mother of 2 canine fur-children and has a particular love of and appreciation for nature.

Johleen can be described as a patient person with calming energies. She is a self-motivated and hardworking individual with 7 years experience as a Shop Manager as well as 11+ years experience as a Client Liaison Manager and Debtors.
Her skills include being well-organised, having attention to detail, planning and a logical approach to analysing problems.
