Leading Hybrid Teams

Just as working remotely has become our “new normal”, some members of our teams are returning to the office, (some full time and some part time). This is “hybrid” work. Managing and leading a hybrid team will be different to managing/leading either a team in office or a team working remotely. This workshop offers practical guidance and skills.
