Symphonia hosted Ben & Roz Zander’s visit to South Africa to re-ignite the idea that South Africa is alive with possibility. Ben and Roz spend 23 days in South Africa. They created a video about the visit While Ben was in South Africa he talked about the meaning of Symphonia and a conversation with Mr Nelson Mandela about his leadership:

Louise was living in the UK and read the book “The Art of Possibility”  written by Benjamin and Rosamund Zander. She was so inspired by what they said about “Symphonia” that she asked her accountant to change the name of her consulting company to Symphonia. Symphonia means the sounding together of all the voices. She felt inspired to return to South Africa to arrange opportunities for people to be in conversation with each other to co-create a better future for South Africa.
