Organisational Change
Our Organisational Change processes are based on the research of Dr Louise van Rhyn (Symphonia founder and Director).
Louise's research showed that social processes are largely influenced by the stories and conversations that are alive within a social grouping. We work with leaders to help them discover the organizing principles in their organisations and shift those that are constraining or getting in the way of strategic change.
In the work that we do with organisation we use leading edge OD processes
such as World Cafés and Large Group events. Our facilitators have a wealth of experience in designing and facilitating these interventions in ways that leads to sustainable change
