Neuroscience of Leadership
Neuroscience of Leadership is an emerging field of study that focuses on bringing neuroscientific knowledge into the areas of leadership development, management training, change management, education, consulting and coaching. The purpose is to support individuals to develop a deep understanding of the functioning of the human brain on an individual, team and systemic level. Ultimately supporting individuals to unlock their potential and improve their effectiveness, performance and productivity.

Symphonia will host a series of topic-specific workshops where by delegates will have the opportunity to gain knowledge and insight into the field of Neuroscience of Leadership, evaluate current thinking and behaviour and identify implementation strategies in order to improve effectiveness and performance in the places where we live and work.
