South African Organisation Development Network
The South African Organisation Development Network (SAODN) was established by Dr Louise van Rhyn (Symphonia CEO) to boost the development of the Organisational Development (OD) field in South Africa. Thanks to her energy, enthusiasm and a calendar of vibrant and informative presentations and meetings, the SAODN has over 800 members and the numbers are growing rapidly. The SAODN meets approximately once a month in Cape Town and every second month in Johannesburg and Durban.
