Louise is a social entrepreneur. She believes the worlds' huge intractable problems can be solved through cross-sector collaboration and a solid understanding of complex social change. Her approach to change is shaped by 20 years of working as an organisational change practitioner.
Kym Jackson - Business Development and Marketing Manager
Kym has spent 20 years working within the print & communications industry, with extensive experience in digital print (within the direct marketing arena), print-personalisation, database management, litho-print, specialised packaging, document archival & retrieval – all predominately in customer-facing roles.
She has extensive experience in sales, which has also necessitated additional roles in trafficking work, quality control, customer services and CRM maintenance.
She has managed sales and administration teams, established 2 laser printing departments whilst also fulfilling the roles of sales, recruitment, training and establishing processes and procedures (including ISO).
Kym has a strong belief in providing the highest possible level of quality service, utilising consistency, authenticity and collaboration to build and maintain strong relationships with her clients. She has a passion for the work done by Symphonia Leadership Development - that is committed to leadership development.
Kym loves nothing more than spending time on the road on her Harley Davidson, in the company of good friends. She is also the mother of 2 canine fur-children and has a particular love of and appreciation for nature.
Nicolette Swanevelder - Operations and Finance Manager
Nicolette started her career working as a Project Administrator at an IT company. She joined Symphonia in June 2006 as Office Administrator progressing to Operations Manager and never looked back.
She has a positive outlook on life and is well organised, highly efficient, pro-active, a passionate learner and loves a challenge.
She is also a mother and wife and has a love for South Africa and its diversity. She enjoys a good laugh, angling and the outdoors.
Johleen van Dyk - Client Liaison Manager and Debtors
Johleen can be described as a patient person with calming energies. She is a self-motivated and hardworking individual with 7 years experience as a Shop Manager as well as 7 years experience as a Client Liaison Manager & Debtors.
Her skills include being well-organised, having attention to detail, planning and a logical approach to analysing problems.
Tasneem Domingo - Events and Communication
Tasneem completed her National Diploma in Events Management and has gained experience working in the events industry. Tasneem joined Symphonia in 2013 as an office assistant and personal assistant to the GM. She now manages all public events and workshops and social media.
Tasneem love working with people and always has a positive and “can do” attitude. Tasneem enjoys and studies beauty therapy in her spare time.
Tarryn Roode - Office Assistant and ACT Administrator
Tarryn joined Symphonia in 2015 as an intern and has since become a valuable member of the team. Tarryn can be described as a very positive, hard-working and dedicated team member.
She is always ready to lend a helping hand wherever possible and gets the job done efficiently with a smile!
In her spare time Tarryn enjoys ballet dancing and keeping fit with various sports activities.
