Breakfast Talk with Dr Louise van Rhyn - Cape Town and Johannesburg

Leading with care and inspiration.

In today’s time of unprecedented change, leaders who can create positive influence that reaches every level of an organisation are essential. Transformational Leadership – where  “care” is an essential element – is of critical importance in creating lifelong learners and long-term success in every industry.

The most important Leadership responsibility is to create organisations where people flourish and are able to do their best work.

How do leaders do this?

Join us for this breakfast talk where Louise will be sharing what she has learned from leading a social enterprise and from working with thousands of leaders in business and education.

During this session we will explore...

  • Possibility as a key to inspirational leadership
  • How to create environments where people can flourish and do their best work
  • The importance of stories
  • The power of vulnerability
  • The idea that the quality of relationships impact everything else
  • The magic sauce of relationships
  • And a lot more…
