Ashnie Muthusamy is the author of Succession Management: Definite Do’s and Detrimental Dont’s. She has a degree in psychology, a master’s diploma in HR management and a master’s degree in leadership. Ashnie is a qualified master practitioner in neurolinguistics programming and an accredited change practitioner.
 
For the last 20 years, she has worked in the field of talent management in various large scale organisations. Ashnie presently heads up the talent management function in Sun International and is a frequent speaker globally in the various fields of HR and is passionate about optimising human potential.
