The Daring Way™ New Introductory Session for 2017

Vulnerability is a such a valid topic right now that keeps popping up, and with good reason!
 
The Daring Way™  is work based on the studies by Dr Brené Brown on vulnerability which allows people to show up, be seen and be brave. Vulnerability allows you to open up wholeheartedly and grow from strength to strength.
 
Research has proven how beneficial talking about topics such as courage and vulnerability can be to an organisation. For one it boost innovation, profits and team work, showing empathy towards colleagues goes a long way and makes employees feel valued.
 
This two hour introductory session, facilitated by Lele Mehlomakulu,  is an introduction to the The Daring Way™ methodology.
 
It will help participants to…
  • Deepen their relationships and cultivate intimacy and connection
  • Drop the need for perfectionism and let go of fears that hold them back
  • Embrace the power of their own life story
  • Increase their capacity to experience joy, contentment, stillness and creativity
Lele Mehlomakulu is the founder and MD  of mPower  People solutions. A forward thinking agency that is passionate about leadership and organisational development. Lele studied under Dr Brené Brown and holds the esteem of being one of the only two facilitators in South Africa who is able to host The Daring Way™ event and workshops.
 
Attending this two hour introductory will give the participant more of an insight as to what to expect in the full day workshop and how to change your mind set to be more open, positive and become more resilient.
